1. Overview At ptmunesh.in, we value your trust and strive to provide accurate astrology and spiritual consultation services. However, as these are personalized services, certain refund and cancellation conditions apply.

2. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your appointment, please contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email. Cancellations made after 24 hours will not be eligible for any refund, as your consultation slot is already reserved.

3. Refund Policy If you cancel your booking within 24 hours, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. No refund will be processed after the consultation or pooja service has been completed  . refunds ( if applicable ) will be Credited within 7-10 business day through the original payment 

4. NON REFUNDABLE SERVICES : Certain services are non-refundable, including  

* completed astrology readings or reports 

* Performrd rituals , pija , or coremonies 

* Emegency consulations 

5. Rescheduling : if you are unable to attend a scheluled consulation, you  may reschedule it once without extra charge, provided you inform us at least 12 hours in advance
